Green Places improves early care and education facilities & classrooms to promote environmentally “green” and healthy environment to diminish environmental toxins and improve social emotional development.
Through Green Places we provide:
- The Kid’s Kitchen (our after school program) provides activities that focus on nutrition, physical education and STEAM programming.
Upcoming
- Child and Adult Care Food Program and the Summer Food Program providing nutritious meals to young children through the year.
- Classroom Gardens – We partner with early learning programs to plant and maintain gardens.
